ok so zoom was way better than incumbents bc of latency
but now we need a zoom competitor to pop up with WAAAAAAY better UX

Zoom now crashes at least once a day, usually in the middle of meetings. starting to remind me of Homers website in the Simpsons the way Zoom are trying to add so much in, please just do meetings really well.
I hate Zoom with passion. You will open it so you can quickly join a meeting and that is when the idiot will start downloading an update. Update that you canât cancel.

The @Skype icon has been following me for the last 15 years. I don't know how to get rid of this thing. I've tried everything. Deleting the app (obviously) doesn't work. Changing laptop and companies don't work either.
